FAQ

Q: How much do services cost?
A: The full session fee for initial intake assessment is $185, additional follow-up sessions are $160 for individuals and for Couples and Family Therapy. If clients are in-network, they can use their insurance benefits for both family and couples therapy.

Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. Payment is due at time of session.

Q: What insurance do you accept?
A: All of our providers are in network with Aetna, United Healthcare and Medicare. Most also accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. United Healthcare EAP is also available; if using an EAP service, please obtain prior authorization code before scheduling your first appointment.

Q: What if you I have an out-of-network insurance plan?
A: Superbills are available upon request. Clients are able to submit superbills to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network coverage. Please ask your therapist or our Client Care Coordinator if you would like to have your superbill emailed to you.

Q: How do I know what my insurance will cover? Or what my co-pay will be?
A: Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance provider with specific questions about coverage and fees.

Q: How long can I expect to be in services?
A: Treatment varies from person to person, however our average client participates in 8-12 sessions.
