Olivia Stiens MSW, LCSW

Olivia Stiens MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri committed to helping adults of all ages navigate life’s challenges with self-compassion, building insight, and increasing resilience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Pittsburg State University (2019) and her Master of Social Work from the University of Kansas (2020).
Grounded in empathy and a collaborative approach, Olivia meets each client where they are, tailoring her approach to individual needs and goals. She integrates evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Whether clients are navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship challenges, grief/loss, family conflict, life transitions, or they are not sure where to start, Olivia works together with clients to build meaningful change in a way that feels manageable and authentic.
At the core of her work is the belief that healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and learning to trust one’s self and intuition. Olivia aims to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported—moving forward at a pace that honors their individual process.
Olivia is in-network with United Healthcare and Medicare and provides Superbills for clients out-of-network. She offers both in-person and teletherapy services. She is currently accepting new clients. Free 15-minute phone consultations are available before scheduling.
