Grace Griffin-Spain, LPC, LCPC

Grace Griffin-Spain, LPC, LCPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the State of Missouri and Kansas. She received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University in 2021. She’s had the privilege of witnessing how transformative the therapeutic process can be when someone is ready to pursue change, growth, and healing.
Her approach centers on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. She believes that by exploring and processing pain and reflecting on how past experiences shape our view of ourselves and the world, we can begin to move toward meaningful and lasting change. With empathy, acceptance, and encouragement, she walks alongside her clients as they build insight and develop the tools they need to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
Grace uses a blend of evidence-based approaches—including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), LENS Neurofeedback, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sand-Tray Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy—to support those dealing with anxiety, CPTSD, depression, DID, dissociation, trauma, grief and relationship concerns. She is currently participating in EMDRIA certification.
Grace is in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Medicare and provides Superbills for clients out-of-network. She offers both in-person and teletherapy services. She is currently accepting new clients. Free 15-minute phone consultations are available before scheduling.
