Heather believes therapy is a place where people go to create change and explore relationships. Her goal is to make the therapy experience a collaborative effort. She specializes in helping individuals, couples, and families heal from past wounds and navigate high-pressure seasons of life with clarity and purpose. Using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy, she tailors sessions to your unique needs and goals.

Heather works especially well with high-achieving professionals, caregivers, and those in major life transitions who are used to holding it all together on the outside, while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. She has supported CEOs and leaders in navigating and resolving conflicts within their organizations.

Heather works with 15-, 16-, and 17-year-olds and all ages of adults. She provides individual, family, and couples therapy.

Heather is certified in Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). She has completed the Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist Intensive Training. Heather has also completed the Advanced ADHD Certification Course: Strategies to Customize Treatment for Every Client.
